DRINKING WATER

To go further on our commitment for
the environment we do not put any more
plastic water bottles in the rooms.

We provide a water container that you
can refill for free, as much as you want
in our refill stations located in every floors

SAFE-BOX
If the safe-box is closed or locked ,
please, ask at the reception to open it.

is written into the safe door.

HOT SHOWER

The heater is set up in saving mode energy.
The water is warm enough but if you need
more hot water, just reduce the flow.

less flow = more hot water

ELECTRICITY
The electric power in Laos is on 220v.
Check your electronic devices before
to plug it.

The Electric plugs are EU electric plugs.
If needed, we have adaptors for sale
at the reception.

MINIBAR

We unplug the minibar between 2 guests
for saving energy.
If you want the drinks to be cold
just plug it back.

note that there is no minibar
in Standard room

LINEN

In order to reduce our detergent use,
at Cold River, we change the linen
(bed sheet, pillow case, bath mat)
every 3 days.

If you want us to change your linen
before, put the linen card on the bed.

BATH TOWEL

we change your bath towel every 3 days.
However, if you need us to replace your
bath towel, just drop it on the floor.

Towel hanged = no need to replace it.
Towel on the floor = yes please, replace it.

NO SMOKING

All the building of Cold River
are NON SMOKING.
If smoking occur in the rooms, reception
corridors or lobby during your stay
a 250$ cleaning fee will be charge to
your account.

Smoking on terrace / balcony is permitted
but close well the rooms doors.

SHUUUUUUU ….

Luang Prabang is a quite
place after 10pm,
Cold River is too.

Please, consider that tv,
music, moving furnitures,
or speaking loudly can
disturb your neighbour.
